Working in Warroad

Fawn by Lake of the Woods Canadian Geese

Early this morning I drove one mile from my home to my lake look-out to work on a customer service training I’m giving next week. As I worked, a little fawn toddled across the field just below me and a gaggle of Canadian geese strutted across another field.

See, I knew there was a reason I loved to live at the end of the world!

FYI – Warroad, Minnesota is situated on beautiful Lake of the Woods, located six miles south of the Canadian border, and is a 140-mile tie from the nearest mini-metros of Grand Forks, ND, Bemidji, MN and Winnipeg, MA, Canada.
